Expert Hair Color Specialist in Charlotte, NC
Refresh your roots, update your overall shade, or add dimension with a color service chosen for your starting point. Isabel considers your existing color, hair texture, and desired result before planning the appointment.
Root retouch or full color?
Root Color Retouch applies single-process color to new growth to maintain your existing shade and root coverage. Highlights are not included.
Full Color applies single-process color from roots to ends for an even, refreshed result. For this service, arrive with dry, completely detangled hair, free of styling products.
When you want brightness and dimension
Highlights and blonding are separate choices from single-process color. Full highlights brighten throughout the hair; partial and face-framing placements target selected areas. Compare blonding options if your goal is a lighter, more dimensional finish.
Share your color history
Tell Isabel about previous salon color, at-home coloring, and chemical treatments still on the lengths or ends. Bring a reference photo and explain what you like about the shade so she can discuss a suitable plan.
Changing an uneven or unwanted result?
Banding, unwanted tones, and major changes may need color correction. A corrective service is planned around the existing color and condition rather than booked as a routine root refresh.
